At this years fall homecoming meeting we will be electing directors to the alumni board. Brothers who are interested in being involved and nominated are encouraged to reach out prior to homecoming to Brother DuBosq via email. There are three board positions available and  up for election this year.

• Brother Stubbs was elected to the Grand Council
• Active & Alumni Brothers lead Ritual of Exemplification
• Active Brothers won President Special Achievement Awards for campus involvement, leadership and new member education.
• Active Brothers won James S Whitfield Chapter of Honor Award as they were recognized for being an Outstanding Chapter.
• Kappa Hexaton Alumni Club won an Outstanding Alumni Club award
• Brother Alex Setaro was initiated and makes KH 522
• Active Brothers attended sessions on topics ranging from insurance management, risk management, and sexual assault awareness/prevention to recruitment techniques, how to deal with officer transitions, how to apply the cardinal principles to ourselves, and much more

Phi Sig Spring Weekend Agenda

The Alumni Board is looking for a Kappa Hexaton alumni to volunteer to work with the Alumni Board Treasurer, Brother Dave Kratzke.  Now that our alumni base has grown and our organization has qualified for IRS 501(c)(3 )tax deduction status, the duties associated with the Treasurer function have increased.  The Assistant Treasurer will work directly with the Treasurer and will be primarily responsible for the following activities:

1. Manage the donations and levels associated with the Alumni Sustaining Membership Program
2. Prepare and distribute 501(c)(3) letters to alumni donors
3. Represent the Treasurer function during alumni functions and board meetings when the Treasurer is not present
4. Assist with the collection of alumni dues and donations

You do not need to be an Alumni Board member to apply.  If interested, please submit your name and contact info to Dave Kratzke at dkratzke@cfl.rr.com.

ESPN Capital One Bowl Mania

Alumni and actives are all welcome to play for Free. For those brothers who would like to make it a little more interesting, make a $20 donation using PayPal or Venmo @Kappa-Hexaton by the first Bowl Game on Dec 17.

The winner gets 75% of the pot with the rest donated to the Kappa Hexaton Scholarship Foundation.  Any donation over $20 will be directly donated to the scholarship foundation.  I will provide a list of the brothers who made a donation to the ESPN group after the bowls start.  This way you will know who you are competing against.

We will follow all of the ESPN scoring and tiebreaker rules.
